Ayurvedic Consultation

An Ayurvedic consultation is a comprehensive health assessment focusing on your natural mind-body constitution – Prakruti – the unique characteristics each of us are born with. Ayurvedic practitioner will assess your health and provide guidance on diet, lifestyle, and natural remedies to promote optimal health and well-being. The consultation usually involves an in-depth discussion about your health history, current health concerns, lifestyle habits, and any symptoms you may be experiencing.


Constitution analysis and recommendation

Ayurveda is a holistic science of health focusing on maintaining physical, mental and emotional balance. Doshas are the energy pillars in our body. Our body type has been decided at the time of conception based on the predominant doshas. Sometimes due to our lifestyle there might be certain changes or imbalance to it.

Detoxification - Panchakarma
